Random Fantasticness

Went up to Maine this weekend, Trevor and Katie hosted up at Schoodic Lake, followed up by a hike up Mt. Katahdin.

Did a hike this w/e with Kelly and her friend Kelly. Did the classic Falling Waters to Franconia Ridge to Old Bridle Path loop, and it just so happened that as we topped out Falling Waters, the water was falling, in large amounts. Made the ridge a little less fun that it could’ve been, but I kept my camera at the ready and snagged a few shots between downpours.

So far its a pretty amazing jump to go from a D50 to a D300. Still trying to learn how to use even part of the over the top capability of this thing. Here’s a few pics that I thought came out pretty good.
